Conscious Yoga: Body & Chakras

The 14-week course is designed to guide participants in using their bodies and experiencing life with greater consciousness. By integrating the wisdom of chakras with functional human movement, the course aims to bring more awareness and freedom to both the body and emotions.
The course is structured around the chakra system, with each two-week period focusing on a specific chakra. This includes functional training of the relevant body parts, associated yoga poses, breathing techniques, mudras, and meditation practices.
Weekly Outline:
*Weeks 1-2: Solar Plexus (Manipura) Chakra and Bindu Chakra
Focus: Core muscles and digestive system
Theme: Confidence and wisdom
*Weeks 3-4: Root Chakra (Muladhara)
Focus: Legs, feet, and base of the spine
Theme: Grounding and stability
*Weeks 5-6: Sacral Chakra (Svadhisthana)
Focus: Hips, lower abdomen, and pelvis
Theme: Creativity and emotional balance
*Weeks 7-8: Heart Chakra (Anahata)
Focus: Chest, shoulders, and upper back
Theme: Love and compassion
*Weeks 9-10: Throat Chakra (Vishuddha)
Focus: Neck, throat, and jaw
Theme: Communication and expression
*Weeks 11-12: Third Eye Chakra (Ajna)
Focus: Forehead and brow area
Theme: Intuition and insight
*Weeks 13-14: Crown Chakra (Sahasrara)
Focus: Top of the head and brain
Theme: Spiritual connection

Sundays | 10:30 AM – 12:30 PM (2 hours)
June 8, 15, 29, July 13, 20, 27, August: 3, 10, 17, 24, 31, September: 7, 14, 21 (14 sessions)
