伸展後大腿(Hamstrings) 🦵有好多方法,唔一定要跟書本講的那樣,把腿完全伸直才算伸展!😉 在我看來,只要感覺到後大腿有拉伸感,就已經是在伸展了。不用急於拉到極限,慢慢來,日子久了,後大腿的柔韌度(flexibility)自然會進步!🌟 如果你的終極目標是完全伸直腿,就從屈膝開始,循序漸進,安全第一🤓

🎯 另外,如果你經常覺得腰部繃緊,正確伸展後大腿也能幫到你!因為呢啲動作可以順便放鬆下背的位置,讓你整個人更輕鬆舒適。😊

片1: 靠牆伸展🚪
靠著牆,慢慢向前傾斜!腳掌用力踩實地面,臀部朝牆的方向推,順著牆慢慢向上移動。當你感到後大腿有拉伸感時,停下來,保持深呼吸🌬️,感受肌肉放鬆。覺得有空間後,再輕輕將腳掌向下推,臀部慢慢再向上抬。⬆️
記得頸部同肩膀完全放鬆,下腹貼近大腿,保持貼合,唔好讓它們分開!🔒

片2: 站立前屈 🚶‍♂️
對我來說,站立前屈是最容易感受到後大腿拉伸的方法!✨ 首先,雙腿微微屈膝,直到下腹完全貼近大腿。然後放鬆頭部同胸口,自然向下垂。保持幾個深呼吸🌬️後,試試腳掌用力踩實地面,臀部慢慢向上抬,直到感覺後大腿有拉伸感,然後停下來繼續深呼吸。
接下來,你可以將雙手扣在小腿後面,小腿向手臂方向推,手臂向小腿方向拉,形成一個對抗的阻力(resistance)。💪 同時,試著將臀部再向上抬。⬆️ 注意:下腹要始終貼緊大腿!🔒 如果下腹同大腿分開了,就重新屈膝,從頭開始重複以上步驟。

片3: 坐姿前屈 🧘‍♀️
對我來說,坐姿前屈是最難掌握的伸展動作!😅 首先,雙腿微微屈膝,讓下腹完全貼緊大腿,然後放鬆頭部同胸口,自然向下垂,保持幾個深呼吸🌬️。
接下來,雙手輕輕抓住腳掌外側,腳跟用力踩實地面,保持腳跟位置不動。然後,慢慢將臀部向後移,移一點就停下來,深呼吸🌬️,確保下腹始終貼緊大腿。🔒 當你感覺後大腿有拉伸感時,停下來繼續呼吸。如果感覺有空間,就試著再將臀部向後移一點。⬅️ 記住:頸部同肩膀要完全放鬆!😌
❗ 小貼士:拉伸時如果下腹同大腿因腳伸直而分開或背脊拱起,可以重新屈膝,拉長下背,再慢慢重新抬高或後移臀部,保持下腹貼緊大腿!🤓👍

✨ 𝑪𝒉𝒂𝒕𝒖𝒓𝒂𝒏𝒈𝒂 𝒎𝒂𝒅𝒆 𝒆𝒂𝒔𝒚! 🧘‍♀️
Chaturanga is a powerful yoga pose that builds strength and alignment. I’m squeezing a yoga block between my elbows to enhance upper arm external rotation and engage my back muscles! 🔥

How to Do It? 💡
1. 𝗦𝗾𝘂𝗲𝗲𝘇𝗲 𝗮 𝘆𝗼𝗴𝗮 𝗯𝗹𝗼𝗰𝗸 between your elbows to boost arm rotation.
2. 𝗦𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘁 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗸𝗻𝗲𝗲𝘀 𝗱𝗼𝘄𝗻 for stability and strength.
3. 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗻𝗴𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘀𝗲𝗹𝗳 to straighten your legs and hold that strong line.

Begin with your knees down to build strength, then level up by straightening your legs for that full-body burn. Remember to listen to your body and take breaks as needed! 🌟

✨今朝Meditation時閃過嘅一個念頭,想分享畀大家,一齊反思下!☺️

好多時候,覺得別人睇不起自己,覺得自己做得唔夠好,可能係因為你將自己放喺一個比別人低的位置。相反,覺得別人不如你,覺得佢哋做唔到,可能係你將自己定義為高人一等。

如果用高低去定義自己,你說出嘅話、做出嘅事,又會帶著點樣嘅能量?接收你訊息嘅人,又會有點樣嘅感受?
