Guided by an experienced senior teacher, when consistently and properly performed, these exercises can improve balance, increase the flexibility of muscles and joints, strengthen them as well as the core body muscles. Through breathing and guided visualisation body awareness is taught, stress tension released and feelings of rejuvenation are produced.
