📧: team.olyasookie@gmail.com From her earliest age, she knew she wanted to design, so she chose Fine Arts High School in Split, studying industrial design. She graduated high school in 2009., her project being Papillon Discoteque - which won second prize at Nati

onal exhibition of graduate projects in design: IDIVA 2009. This gave her a chance to exhibit her work at the International fair of innovation, new ideas, products and technologies - ARCA 2009. Over the years she worked on different projects, ranging from industrial design to its total opposite; unique design. Many of her projects were successfully realised and exhibited. They are excellent examples of successful collaborations between students and companies. One of those projects was a collaboration between Japanese Embassy and the Academy, which resulted in Olja's "Sookie Doll" being exhibited in Japan in 2013. Her current work is mostly ceramics, lighting fixtures and coffee tables. She is also developing her own fashion brand "Nephilim", the value of which has already been recognised on her first fashion show at BAFE (Balkan Art Fashion Event) in Belgrade, December 2015. Olja participated at the Designer Fair in Zadar, (a part of Culture Rhythm) where she showcased her works in ceramics, lamps and coffee tables. she also showcased her clothing line at the ReDesign Me show, hosted by Circular de la Mode in Zagreb. All of her work reflects her personal style and minimalistic aesthetics. The colour palette is uninformed throughout her work, and the shapes morph from strictly geometrical motifs in fashion to gentle, organic motifs in products.

Nothing better than Songkran 💙

The fact that someone literally handed us water guns on the street, and people just keep passing them on to others after they’re done. so wholesome. I can’t 🥹

Our most unexpectedly perfect day 😍

We didn’t plan much, we were just in Hua Hin and ended up spending the whole day at the waterpark. Slides, lazy river, cocktails, pools… one thing led to another.

We knew we needed a break from Bangkok, we just didn’t know how much. Sometimes you don’t realize how deep in the rush you are until you’re floating in a lazy river surrounded by palm trees with nowhere to be.

That day reset everything, our nervous systems, our energy, the way we were with each other. It was fun and easygoing all at once, which is honestly the hardest combination to find.

Just us, the water, and the stillness that reminds us why we chose this life. We really don’t do this enough 💙

For many years I taught movement in group spaces.

And while group work can be powerful, I’ve noticed that some of the deepest transformations happen in quiet, one-on-one containers.

Spaces where the body can move slowly, emotions can surface safely, and there is time to listen.

After 28 years in dance and embodied movement practices, I’ve seen again and again how much wisdom the body carries.

Stress, life experiences, and emotions often accumulate in the nervous system and tissues.

Through gentle movement, breath, and intuitive expression, the body gradually remembers how to release and return to balance.

That is the space these sessions offer.
A quiet place to reconnect with yourself.

I’m currently opening a small number of private 1:1 client spaces.

If you feel curious about exploring this work, send me a comment with the word EMBODY and I’ll share the details 💙

If you only have one day in Kuala Lumpur, here’s the way to do it!

Start the day at Batu Caves (go earlier, the monkeys at sunset are everywhere). Then head into the city for good food. I even found an amazing gluten-free pizza!

Just a few minutes away from the restaurant is , a helipad space turned into bar with a completely unobstructed view of the Petronas Twin Towers and the KL skyline.

We got lucky that night, fireworks, a full moon, and even a lunar eclipse.

Kuala Lumpur, you were a 10/10.
Good places are great, but amazing people make the trip unforgettable. ✨
