Sadrži oko 495 kcal, od čega 42 g proteina, 7 g masti i 60 g ugljikohidrata. 📝 Ovaj obrok predstavlja izvrstan balans svih makro i mikronutrijenata. Također volimo odabrati tjesteninu od leće (ili slanutka) zbog dodatnog izvora proteina. 🤓 Za dozu vlakana, vitamina i minerala dodali smo mješavinu povrća koja se savršeno uklapa u cijeli obrok. 💯💥

Koristili smo 90 g piletine, 200 g mješavine kukuruza, mrkve i tikvica te 100 g tjestenine od leće. 🍝🍗🥕🥒🌽

An excellent choice for a snack when we have no inspiration for new dishes, and when we need "just that little bit" to keep us going until lunch or dinner.🤗🍽️
A traditional Mediterranean snack is always welcome, and the combination of the sweetness of figs and the saltiness of cheese is hard to resist!🍶🌳
We used 2 large figs, 100g of any cheese (you can always replace it with cheese of your choice, such as Mozzarella) and 10ml of vinegar cream (Aceto Balsamico with olive oil).✨
