Jajj, igen!

Tudtad, hogy a madarak csak akkor énekelnek, ha biztonságban érzik magukat? Bizony, így van - ha veszélyt éreznek, abban a pillanatban elhallgatnak. És nem csak velük van ez így...

1999-ben, a teljes napfogyatkozáskor éppen a Balatonnál nyaraltam. A családommal együtt néztük a nagy eseményt. Amikor teljesen elsötétült az égbolt, akkor a világ mintha megállt volna egy pillanatra. Teljes némaság volt. Minden hallgatott.

Az emberek.

A kutyák.

A madarak.

Még a bogarak is.

És talán... igen, talán maga a szél is.

Abban a csöndben valahogy megnyúlt az idő. A bolygó minden élőlénye egyetlen pillanatra várt - hogy előbújjon az első napsugár.

És amikor ez megtörtént, üdvrivalgással töltöttük meg a teret. Torkunk szakadtából igyekeztünk befoltozni az örömünkkel azt a szempillantásnál is rövidebb megszakítást, amikor az egész világ lélegzetvisszafojtva várt. És csendben volt.

Ezért Sound and Silence.

Mert nincs egyik a másik nélkül.

At least, that seems very likely, but neither Google nor AI was able to provide a 100% confirmed result - and I was forgetful enougj not to make a note of the artist’s name, although... it really would have been worth doing it.

I drifted off a little... Where was I?

Oh yes!

Did you know that birds only sing when they feel safe? Indeed, it’s true — the moment they sense danger, they fall silent. And it’s true for other species, too...

In 1999, during the total solar eclipse, I was spending my holiday at Lake Balaton. We watched the great event unfold with my family. When the sky went completely dark, it felt as if the world had stopped for a moment. There was complete silence. Everything was still.

The people.

The dogs.

The birds.

Even the insects.

And perhaps... yes, perhaps even the wind itself.

In that silence, time somehow seemed to stretch. Every living being on Planet Earth was waiting for a single moment - for the first ray of sunlight to emerge.

And when it did, we filled the space with cries of joy. We tried to mend the interruption - shorter than a blink of an eye - when the whole world held breath, with this vulcanic eruption of screams of hapiness at the top.of our lungs.

That is the reason behind Sound and Silence.

Because one cannot exist without the other.

🔥 A MAI MARGÓJÁRA/SIDENOTE FOR TODAY

Mars a Kosban - erő a cselekvéshez

Valahogy úgy érzem ma, hogy ezt az energiát, a cselekvésben testet öltő akaratot kell megtámogatnom. Ezért nagyon valószínű, hogy az esti hangfürdőben a sámándobé lesz a főszerep.

Jómagam sokat küzdöttem ezzel a "Terminátorral" - azzal a belső, cselekvő, férfi energiával, ami hajtott előre, ami kipasszírozta belőlem a teljesítményt, és 110%-nál kevesebbel nem volt elégedett. Nem mondom, sokszor a javamra vált - nem engedte, hogy túl sokáig a padlón legyek.

🕶 Emlékeztek a Mátrixban, amikor Trinity az ügynökök elől menekül - átugrik egy ablakon, és háttal fekve érkezik meg egy lépcsőházba? S ekkor fennhangon azt mondja: Kelj fel, Trinity! Kelj már fel!

Na... ez a Terminátor.
💥 Hatalmas energia, amit nekem személy szerint nehéz volt megzaboláznom. Volt olyan szakasz az életemben, amikor teljesen eluralt - szinte a végkimerülésig hajszolt. Akkor kezdtem el foglalkozni vele - és minél többet boncolgattam az eredetét, annál könnyebb volt integrálnom. Megismertem, és már nem hagyom, hogy eluralkodjon, zsarnokoskodjon felettem.

De néha azért kinyitom neki a szelepet 😅

Van egy olyan érzésem, hogy sok nőtársamnak ismerős ez a történet, és hogy ezzel van még dolog.

Today, I somehow feel that this energy - the will that manifests through action - needs to be supported. That’s why it’s very likely that the shamanic drum will take center stage in this evening’s sound bath.

I personally struggled a lot with this “Terminator” - that inner, active, masculine energy that kept pushing me forward, squeezing performance out of me and never being satisfied with anything less than 110%. I must admit, it was often handy, when it didn’t allow me to stay down for too long.

🕶 Do you remember in The Matrix when Trinity is running from the agents - she jumps through a window and lands on her back in a stairwell? And then she says out loud: “Get up, Trinity! Get up!”

Well… that’s the Terminator.
💥 A tremendous energy that, for me personally, was difficult to tame. There was a period in my life when it completely took over - driving me almost to total exhaustion. That’s when I began to consciously work with it, and the more I explored its origins, the easier it became to integrate. I got to know it, and now I no longer allow it to dominate or tyrannize me.

But every now and then, I still open the valve for it. 😅

I have a feeling that many of my fellow women can relate to this story, and that there is still work to be done with it.

Plenty.
