Designing astronaut puppets for a board game has been a wild ride! Starting with detailed space suits and helmets, now we’re exploring funky shapes and colors. Who knew astronauts could look this cool and quirky?

It took a lot of prototyping and shape development to meet the ergonomics and production requirements, but the journey has been worth it. Can’t wait to bring these out-of-this-world characters to life on the board!

This might seem like a typical observation game, but it's not about spotting the ordinary. It's about paying attention to those things we sneak glances at in our daily lives, or quickly divert our gaze from, feeling a twinge of embarrassment and reluctance to really look.

We're exploring the unique aspects of individuals impacted by disabilities – their tools, behaviors, and what they may need assistance with. Some aspects are visible, while others are not. With Egy Sima Egy Fordított , we've been collaborating to ensure that the topic of disability isn't treated as taboo or awkward. We want to highlight that those affected aren't just notable for their differences, but also for their capabilities and shared experiences.

Bemutatjuk a konferencia előadóit:
🧠 Polacsek Balázs, a Maform Kft. tervezőmérnöke és műszaki projektvezetője. Az általa vezetett műhelyben elsősorban funkcionális prototípusokat készítenek, tesztelnek és kisszériás gyártásokat is végeznek. A műhely legtöbbet használt eszközei a 3D nyomtatók, melyek a mindennapi munka szerves részét képezik a különböző validálási folyamatokban és ügyfélkommunikáció támogatásaként is. Gyakran találkoznak olyan feladatokkal, ahol kiemelt fontosságú a gyors vizuális vagy taktilis visszajelzés, az ergonómiai helyesség, illetve egyes tesztmechanizmusok fizikia kipróbálása. Ezek mindegyike olyan feladat, ahol erősen lehet támaszkodni a 3D nyomtatás adta lehetőségekre - még ha a megoldás elsőre technológiai kihívásnak is tűnhet.
