It is a yoga practice which focuses on longer-held postures, working with fascia to release tension at a very deep level. Yin yoga is releasing, relaxing, rejuvenating and restorative all at once... balancing body mind & spirit. It is a perfect complement to our ‘yang’ lifestyles of activity, sports and even other more active forms of yoga.

Hanlie is looking forward to sharing this nourishing practice with you. No previous experience required, at all.
