Here we have

🌕Ti-golden© abutment which beside better aesthetics, gives better retention for hemi desmosomes attachment to abutment for better sealing and at the same time less bacterial accumulation on the surface.

🌑 Ti-Black© screw which increases preload and improve resistance to fatigue providing advantages similar to GOLD components.

In the next post I will share the before-after of this case as well.

Always first i try to convince patient to go for implants rather than preparing and cutting from healthy tooth 🦷 but sometimes it's about changing old bridge and we always have to concern patient's needs🤷.

Deep caries was removed and got disinfected with , indirect pulp capping inorder to avoid further sensitivity and restored with Estelite composite.

This year birthday had special treat, spent loads of time in and spending unforgettable moments with amazing people.

Direct veneer with composite to have small modification after orthodontic treatment on 12.
Tooth was naturally lighter than neighbor teeth so we decided to keep the light color and if necessary, later modify others but patient has been super happy since then.

Certainly this tooth has a nicer filling now.
It's not only about aesthetic but it's about better adhesion of composite to the 🦷, it's about better force distribution along the 🦷, it's about better closure and sliding of antagonist anatomic structures on the 🦷. So make it good.
Next step is the molar to have caries free filling.👨‍⚕️⚡
