I know that at times you’ve felt worried and disappointed—when a romantic relationship has ended, when your own business didn’t work out, when your relationship with your children isn’t what you wish it were, when your health hasn’t been at its best, when you’ve lost your job or can’t seem to find one that truly fulfills you. Or maybe you haven’t yet found the love of your life, and all you want is to love freely.
And yet, despite everything, you’ve kept going—even when you’ve felt “lost” in despair.
But let me ask you something, whether you’re a man or a woman: have you ever gone through a time when not just one difficult situation was happening in your life, but many—many—at the same time?
It feels as if the world is collapsing around you. Financial problems, relationship struggles, family issues, work challenges, business setbacks, health concerns—all at once.
Everything feels chaotic, even more than desperate, because no matter how hard you try to “put things in order,” no matter how much effort you make to improve your reality, nothing seems to work. You try and try, you turn yourself upside down, you ask for help from family, friends, acquaintances… and no one comes through.
And the more you try to “find answers or solutions,” the deeper you sink into hopelessness. You simply can’t see a way out.
You feel like no one is there for you, and that God, the universe (or the higher power you believe in) isn’t listening. Your reality doesn’t change. Honestly, it feels as though you are completely alone, drained of strength, on the verge of losing your mind, and you no longer know what else to do.
This experience is known as the dark night of the soul, and most people go through it at some point. It happens when you’re about to step into a new level of personal and spiritual growth.
I’ve been through several mild dark nights of the soul, but I’ve also lived through a very intense one—the kind that brings deep fear and uncertainty, because you don’t know what’s going to happen or whether you’ll be able to resolve what truly matters.
A deep dark night of the soul is not meant to be faced alone. It’s incredibly comforting and helpful to go through it with someone who has already walked that path and has come out the other side.
Because there is a way out. There is a solution—but it depends on each person and the inner strength they’re willing to cultivate and use to work on themselves.
If you are going through a dark night of the soul—whether mild or intense—I can support and guide you so you can move through it as quickly as possible. It can’t be avoided, but the process can be made gentler and far less painful.
Write to me and tell me about your situation. Together, we’ll explore the best way I can help you.
