🎉 It’s time to celebrate and reflect! One year ago in November, I opened my private practice as a psychologist, fulfilling a lifelong dream. This journey has been nothing short of transformative. Since opening my doors, I’ve found myself in a state of absolute flow during my sessions and a feeling of purpose that I truly cherish. Over the past year, I’ve gained invaluable experience running my own business, from setting up the groundwork to navigating the challenges and balancing it next to my full-time job. Each step has taught me something new. I’ve quickly became fully booked - a milestone I’m deeply grateful for. I’m growing immensely as a professional and continuously sharpening my skills to better serve my clients.
🤗🥰 I love my clients and am so thankful they have chosen me to guide them on their unique journeys. They are the brave ones, who are ready to come to therapy and face the hidden layers that shape their thoughts, emotions, and behaviours. I’m highly proud of them. Witnessing their growth - seeing them learn and become their most authentic selves - is extraordinary. Their journeys are like rollercoaster rides: full of twists, turns, and ups and downs, as it is for any who choose to go to therapy. There is no linear path we can take, nor a one-for-all rule to follow. And that’s what makes this work so dynamic, keeping me sharp and deeply committed to being their best supporter. This motivates me to staying curious, keep the trust and deep connection and refining my practice to create a safe and transformative space for those who walk through my door.
♥️I’m beyond thrilled to celebrate this 1 year anniversary with the biggest cheerleaders in my life - my friends. They’re the ones I can always count on, standing by me through challenging moments and sharing in life’s purest joys. It’s an absolute honour to have such a strong, supportive, loving, and caring network around me.
⭐️Looking back to my journey it’s a humbling experience that have shaped me, and I’m filled with excitement and curiosity for all that the future holds.
