Yes, training as a parent can feel chaotic 😅 Toys scattered, little hands tugging your arm mid‑squat… But that’s exactly the magic!

Exercising with my kids showed me:
- it’s more than fitness, it’s bonding,
- it sets the example that movement is natural,
- it helps me rediscover childlike mobility through play.

👉 As kids, we could squat, sit on the floor, move freely. School desks and office chairs restricted that. Copying my children, I relearn natural postures.

Reminder: workouts with kids are not about perfection, they are about presence. Even 5 playful minutes together beat 1 perfect hour alone.

Self‑confidence doesn’t mean you always know what’s coming.
It means you trust yourself: no matter what, you’ll be able to handle it.

After my meniscus injury, when my physiotherapist told me: “Step by step you’ll get there” – it gave me enormous strength.
At first, I needed that external encouragement. But slowly, I reached the point where it wasn’t others’ approval that pushed me forward anymore – it was the deep knowing that I was following what my heart told me.

True self‑confidence is born when you live by your own values – and stay unshakable in them.
Then, when you give to others, you do it out of pure love, not for recognition.

And when you keep showing up for yourself, one day you’ll realize: you’re capable of far more than you ever believed.

💫 Self‑confidence is not a destination. It’s like a muscle: it needs training. Every small win is another rep, making you stronger.

Az önbizalom nem azt jelenti, hogy mindig tudod, mi fog történni.
Hanem azt, hogy bízol magadban: bármi jön, képes leszel megoldani.

Amikor meniscus‑sérülés után a gyógytornászom azt mondta: „Lépésről lépésre menni fog” – hatalmas erőt adott.
Eleinte szükségem volt erre a külső megerősítésre. De lassan eljutottam odáig, hogy már nem mások elismerése vitt előre, hanem az, hogy tudtam: követem azt, amit a szívem diktál.

Az önbizalom akkor születik, amikor a saját értékrended szerint élsz – és ebben megingathatatlan vagy. Így, ha másokért is teszel, azt szeretetből teszed, nem viszonzásért.

És amikor kitartóan dolgozol magadért, egy nap azon kapod magad: sokkal többre vagy képes, mint amit valaha elhittél magadról.

It’s been a long week, hasn’t it?
I used to take on way too much. Up until the end of May.

Between May 25–29, I was hospitalized with bilateral pulmonary embolism, pneumonia, and pleurisy all at once. For years, I had felt utterly exhausted at times. By midday, I had to scrape myself together, but I never wanted to show others how I felt inside.

I believe every major illness is an alarm bell - a signal that something needs to change entirely. In fact, even a simple cold can sometimes warn us that we’ve overburdened ourselves.

During my hospital stay, I meditated a lot - there wasn’t much else I could do since I was bedridden all day. Conscious and proper breathing literally saved my life. I read a lot about how the lungs work and what happens when certain areas fail. Since then, I’ve been practicing various breathing exercises regularly, and I know these heal not only the body but also the soul.

❗ Pulmonary embolism is a life-threatening condition. Don’t wait until your body “pulls the emergency brake.” Pay attention to small signs - shortness of breath, persistent exhaustion, or painful coughing.

🔬 Scientific Insights
- Pulmonary embolism is one of the most common severe conditions in Europe: annually, about 60–70 out of 100,000 people experience PE (pulmonary embolism). [[European Society of Cardiology, 2019]]
- The survival rate for timely diagnosed and treated cases is over 90%, but without treatment, mortality can reach 30%. [[Konstantinides et al., 2020 – Eur Heart J.]]

Én sokszor hajlamos voltam túlvállalni magam. Egészen május végéig.

Május 25–29. között kórházban ápoltak kétoldali tüdőembóliával, tüdőgyulladással és mellhártyagyulladással egyszerre. Már évek óta éreztem, hogy sokszor nagyon elfáradok. Dél körül úgy kellett összekaparnom magam, de másoknak nem akartam mutatni, belül mit érzek.

Úgy gondolom, minden nagyobb betegség vészcsengő: jelzi, hogy valamit teljesen másképpen kellene csinálni. Sőt, néha már egy egyszerű nátha is figyelmeztethet, hogy túlterheltük magunkat.

Kórházi napjaim alatt sokat meditáltam - mást sem tehettem, hiszen egész nap ágyban feküdtem. A tudatos, helyes légzés szó szerint életmentő volt számomra. Rengeteget olvastam a tüdő működéséről, arról, mi történik, ha egyes területek kiesnek. Azóta többféle légzőgyakorlatot végzek rendszeresen, és tudom: ezek nemcsak a testet, hanem a lelket is gyógyítják.

❗ A tüdőembólia életveszélyes állapot. Ne várd meg, amíg a tested „behúzza a kéziféket”. Figyelj az apró jelekre - a légszomjra, a tartós kimerültségre, a fájdalmas köhögésre.

- A tüdőembólia az egyik leggyakoribb súlyos kórkép Európában: évente 100.000 emberből kb. 60–70 szenved el PE-t (pulmonális embóliát). [[European Society of Cardiology, 2019]]

So many people reach out to me saying they don’t feel good in their own skin. They feel dissatisfied, and no matter what they try, the weight just won’t come off.

The other day I pulled out the birth photos of the twins. There I found a picture my husband had taken of me, just 3 days after giving birth. He said he couldn’t believe I had almost gone back to my pre‑pregnancy weight.
Looking at the picture, everyone could have thought: “It’s so easy for her!”
But beneath the surface, the truth was very different.

In reality, I was carrying a huge mental burden. The babies weren’t allowed to come home because of their low weight. I was anxious, crying, and although my body may have looked fine on the outside, inside I was falling apart.

Over the years, I finished each pregnancy heavier and heavier – and to be honest, after my fourth child, I just didn’t care anymore. Because I realized: being “thin” isn’t what will make me happy.

My experience is that we always need to start with our mental health first. If there is peace inside, that’s when true change comes. The weight, the looks, they only follow what happens within.

Today I know: no one has the right to judge another’s body or choices. And we, as mothers, must learn to shut out all the words and opinions that don’t build us up. Even one sentence can burn into our soul for years.

🇭🇺 Sokan keresnek meg azzal, hogy nem érzik jól magukat a bőrükben. Elégedetlenek, és azt érzik, hogy hiába próbálkoznak, a súlytól egyszerűen nem tudnak megszabadulni.

A napokban elővettem az ikrek születési fotóit. Ott találtam egy képet, amit a férjem készített rólam 3 nappal a szülés után. Azt mondta, nem hitte el, hogy szinte teljesen visszamentem a szülés előtti súlyomra.
A kép alapján mindenki azt gondolhatta: „Milyen könnyen megy neki!”
De a felszín mögött egészen más történt.

🌞 Monday – Morning Routine

10 minutes in the morning = energy for the whole day 🌅

❤️‍🩹 I clearly remember those first days when, after coming home from the hospital, I was alone with the twins during the day. Looking back, I regret not having the strength of mind to ask for help. I wanted so badly to prove myself.

Eight months went by, and depression hit me hard. Negative feelings kept piling up until I slowly realized: what I was really missing was movement. So many times I wished I could just spend a few minutes on my own, but at the time it felt impossible. Now I know that if I had managed to fit in a few exercises, things would have been so much lighter.

It was through this process that I started sharing ideas that I myself didn’t have when I needed them most. I had no clue where to begin, and meanwhile two premature babies were crying beside me. That’s when I decided: I want to be there for other mothers, whenever they need a simple idea - or simply my supportive presence.

I hope this little routine can also become a stabilizer for others. Even with a newborn, it was a big help for me, and later, after my third child was born, it felt like a lifeline. Sometimes that very first small step can be the greatest healing gift - for both body and soul.

• Cat–Cow Stretch – Macskapóz–tehénpóz váltás
