I'm an inquisitive, discerning, proactive, passionate, powerful and compassionate creative thinker and doer who's on a never ending quest of living and rejoicing in LIFE.
People have said to me that I've lived many lives in this relatively short one.
It first got really REAL for me in 2012 when I took part in numerous Ayahuasca ceremonies in the Peruvian Amazon under a 'Maestro Ayahuasquero' of the Shipibo people; this was the first time I connected to Shamanism, which was the most extraordinary and life-changing experience I'd ever had. I returned a year later to undertake plant medicine dietas, which expanded my mind, heart and soul.
Since then, I have left myself wide open to experiencing all the contrasts of LIFE to embody more of a deeper side of life.
I help embody this through absorbing philosophy in various ashrams and temples of the International Society of Krishna Consciousness (ISKCON) where I do Kirtan and Harinam.
I believe that bringing playfulness into our daily life and connecting with our inner child is of great importance, which is why performing arts and acting is part of my life. To bring the Yin to the Yang, I also believe that exercising a reverence to our lives helps us savour the moments.
I take nothing for granted, it can all change in an instant.
I truly believe that my purpose is to help bring people to their happiness, in-joy-ment, personal identification and empowerment through the various ways I step into this world.
What Have I Done?
I've been a salesman, storeman, high school dropout, university student, promo dude and a lost and unemployed alcoholic drug abuser. Weren't expecting that? Well, I've found that it's important to embrace and accept all parts of ourselves and our journey while having gratitude for what we have experienced, including the darker, shadow elements of our lives and selves. It is the soul searching that has come from these experiences that has shifted me onto the path I am on.
I was blessed with many wonderful opportunities and amazing experiences from my time as an internationally touring Stunt-actor and showbiz tour manager, which saw me traverse most of Latin America and South East Asia.
I've undertaken Shamanic training under a 'Maestro Curandero' of the Shipibo people in the Amazon jungle.
In 2015 I undertook Core Shamanism training with Prof. Michael Harner's Foundation for Shamanic Studies
I received atunement and certification in Usui Reiki levels 1 & 2.
I graduated with a Bachelor of Arts across Contemporary & Applied Theatre and Performance Studies, which involved theatre and film making and a large amount of the rigorous and kinaesthetic Suzuki Method of Actor Training; and the de-conditioning and ritualistic teachings of Polish theatre maker Jerzy Grotowsky.
I did training in and received certification of Ericksonian Hypnotherapy.
I have been DJing since 1994 and have since played at various nightclubs and public and private events.
I've facilitated loads of Beatboxing, Vocal Looping & Rapping workshops for young people.
I’ve been a Youth Worker, Personal Trainer and Fitness Instructor.
I lived and worked as a Youth Engagement Officer at an Aboriginal community in regional Northern Territory.
I've also done a lot of running from myself, but feel I've found my jam and am keeping it REAL.
WHAT DO I DO?
I know that I have gotten to where I am today as a result of empowering myself to foment positive change inside myself with the love and support of others... So helping you come to your own empowerment and positive abundance is part of my mission. I do this in quite a versatile way...
With an emphasis on living a happy, healthy, hi-vibe existence, I help create a space for others to achieve this, some of the ways I do this are:
I created and host the all live and FABULOUS Trivia Gameshow with my sassy sidekick Rollergirl for Fringe World Festival.
Throwing down the phat and funky beats while DJing at various F45 group fitness studios alongside my Queen .
I facilitate super fun Beatboxing, Vocal Looping and Rapping workshops (sweetened with a bit of spiritual throw-down) for kids.
I co-host Ecstatic Kirtan and am currently learning to lead Kirtan to share the Bhakti Yoga love around the world with my wonderful partner Zsuzsa.
After personally experiencing the transformative power of Shamanic plants in the Amazon, I facilitate private Shamanic plant medicine retreats.
Coming to the understanding that plants are of the most ultimate benevolence and that they possess both a consciousness that far surpasses human consciousness and preventative healing properties... I'm a proud Wellness Advocate for doTERRA essential oils and co-founded New Paradigm Living.
I create a safe and reverent space to invite clients into for private Shamanic Reiki and bodywork treatments involving Shamanic s***f ('Rapé') and anointing in various essential oils and smoke of incense resins (sound nice?).
