As intelligent movement, addresses the needs of your body by getting you to move from the wisdom of the breath.. All too often ashtangis sacrifice their connection to the breath to achieve the asanas.. I invite you to see your practice as a marathon, can you manage your breath to keep your rhythm steady and smooth from beginning to end.. you could even use a metronome to anchor yourself in the steady tempo of your breath and let the rhythm carry you through the practice..
