🧠 ALZHEIMER’S: WHERE DOES IT REALLY COME FROM?

A lot of people ask me if Alzheimer’s can be prevented - or even reversed.


And I truly believe yes.

Here’s something interesting👇

The word memory breaks down to “mem” (water) and “ori” (light).

New Year. Clean slate. Start from the inside.

A Powerful New Year Reset

New year = clean slate.

If you’re feeling backed up, heavy, or dull, a salt flush can be an incredible way to reset your digestive system especially before or during a fast.

I personally do a salt flush every 3-4 days on a fast (not daily) to clear everything out and help my body flow again.

How to do it:

• 1 liter warm water
• 1 tbsp salt (sea, Himalayan, Celtic, or Epsom*)
• Drink it

✨ Epsom salt is the most effective (pure magnesium), but strongest in taste.✨

For faster results, use the ancient yogic technique Shanka Prakashalana:

Drink 1/3, do simple stretches, repeat 3x.
Most people eliminate quickly.

Why do this in the New Year?

Clear the gut → brighter skin → lighter energy → clearer mind.
