And the people wondered...

What if Spirit wants the best for us?
What if Spirit wants us well?
What if Spirit wants us to feel the quiet power of giving from overflow—
Not from guilt. Not from pressure.
But from rhythm. From gratitude. From clarity.

What if Spirit wants us to feel safe in our wealth?
To feel fluent in it.
To know how to let it move?

What if this isn’t new, but ancient?
A financial philosophy older than banks—
A sacred technology of circulation.
Wealth not as something to hoard or clutch,
but something to move—like water, like breath.

What if 10% of your income—whatever that looks like—
slipped easily, heartfully, into what matters to you?
Not as a rule, but as a joy. As a sacred yes.

What if we all had enough to choose that?
What if we all chose it—
not from pressure, but from our own will?
From joy. From sovereignty.
From a deep knowing: I have enough to give.

What if money felt like connection, not separation?
What if wealth became a shared river—
not a wall, not a secret, not a wound?

A river that reminds us:
we belong to each other.

Tend the prayer.

In myth, grief is never an error.
It’s a sacred threshold.
A descent. A shedding. A return.

The goddesses grieve by becoming the storm—
they wail, bleed, birth, descend.
They enter the ache fully.
They let it shape them.
They show us how to feel the unraveling.

The gods grieve by holding space—
they guide, guard, and let things die.
They don’t stop grief; they accompany it.
They show us how to witness the unraveling.

Together, they teach this:
Grief isn’t meant to be managed.
It’s meant to be honored.
Felt. Survived.
And eventually,
alchemized.

The gods, humbled.
The goddesses, deepened.
Through their grief, we remember — ours is holy too.

Suddenly, headlines are ablaze:

🧬 “Sperm stress is passed to future generations!”

🧬 “Dad’s trauma leaves marks in the genes of his children!”

And I want to say…

Of course it does.

Of course a man’s nervous system, lifestyle, trauma, nourishment—or lack thereof—affects what he offers at conception.

Ancient healing systems have known this forever. Indigenous lineages, earth-based traditions, midwives of the old world, somatic lineages—they’ve never separated s***m from soul, biology from story, or conception from responsibility.

So now that mainstream science is catching up...

What changes?

Will we stop pathologizing women for infertility, hormone irregularity, or “biological clocks” as if they’re solely to blame?

Will we start counting s***m with the same scrutiny we count eggs?

Will male nervous systems, addictions, stress levels, and lifestyle finally receive the attention they deserve when it comes to fertility and the health of future generations?

Because it’s not just about “fixing the s***m.”
It’s about asking:

How do we create children in a world where both seed and soil are sacred?

Where a man’s inner life matters just as much as a woman’s cycle.

Let this be more than a scientific gasp.

Let it be a recalibration of responsibility.

A cultural pause.

A reweaving of how we all prepare to carry life forward.

Because we’ve always known.

Now we just have data.

I do hope that as the world spins faster and we learn to discern between Borg and Being,
we keep gathering.

During the pandemic, I kept teaching public classes here on the island.
Even when my nervous system was frayed.
Even when gathering felt almost forbidden.
We gathered anyway.

About 25 or 30 of us, week after week.
Some were living here, some got stuck here.
But we showed up.
Moved. Breathed. Remembered we were still human.

Not to fix anything.
But to be together in the chaos of it all.

These are the things I’ll look back on in my teaching life and say—
Oh my God.
What a lifeline it is to gather.
What a lifeline yoga is.

Money is changing.

We’re entering an era where wealth is no longer about what you own —
it’s about how you circulate.

Not control, but coherence.
Not accumulation, but alignment.
Not secrecy, but transparency.

People are co-investing in land with friends instead of buying alone.

Choosing co-living over isolated ownership.

Building tiny homes, mobile dwellings, and selling stuff to live lighter.

Forming nomadic families and fluid constellations of care.

Buying and selling with crypto. Bartering skills, time, and goods.

Using tech to house swap, crowdfund community projects, and fuel artistic pursuits.

Tithing to mentors, land, and movements that matter.

Pooling resources to thrive—together—not just survive alone.

Wealth is becoming relational. Regenerative. Rooted in values.

Clarity is becoming more valuable than strategy.

Fluidity more powerful than grip.

Money is moving like water —
cleansing, nourishing, flowing toward what is alive.

The shift is wild. Unprecedented. Beyond comprehension.

It’s not asking for a plan.

It’s asking for presence.

A resonance with the wealth already here.
This breath.
This body.
Food on the table.
Water in your cup.
Money in motion.

The freedom to choose — again and again.

If Death were a child…
She’d ask impossible questions at the wrong time.
She’d laugh at your plans and cry for reasons you'll never know.
She’d tug on your sleeve when you’re busy,
and whisper, “But why can’t it last forever?”

She wouldn’t follow rules.
She’d spill the truth like juice on a white shirt—messy, honest, unavoidable.

You’d try to teach her about control,
and she’d teach you how to let go.

And when she wandered off—
you’d find yourself more awake,
more tender,
more here than before.

S*x is one of the oldest languages —
a way the body says: I’m here. I feel. I want. I open. I remember.

S*x is the meeting point of life force —
where body, breath, sensation, emotion, spirit, memory, and mystery converge.
It can be an act, a movement, a merging, a transmission, a longing, a dissolution.
It doesn’t require pe*******on.
It doesn’t require climax.
It requires presence.

At its most primal, s*x is instinct.
At its most tender, it’s care.
At its most sacred, it’s devotion in motion.
It’s not something you do — it’s something you are absorbed into.

is almost here — May 7–11 in Ubud!
And yes, there are still tickets. Come. It’s such fun.

Daytime: dance, sound healing, qigong, breathwork, musical gatherings, watsu, all the yoga, ALL the things.

Nighttime: bhakti bliss to full-on dancefloor magic with epic live sets + DJs.

I’ve been part of this festival family since its origins in 2007.

I spent years behind the scenes in programming and scheduling — watched it grow, shift, ebb and flow… and yet, something essential has always stayed the same.

This year I’m offering workshops and Yoga Nidra workshops (mid-day Nidra is the hidden treasure of the festival, trust me).

So much goodness — from what I get to share to what I can’t wait to receive.

Grateful to be part of this living legacy.

I’m not here to fight myself.
I’m not here to chase after who I think I should be.

I’m here to tend the fire I was born with —
to notice the old beliefs that smother it,
to release the stories that make it burn too fast, to come back to something simpler, steadier, and real.

I’m learning that my fire doesn’t need to be bigger, louder, or proven.
It just needs to be tended —
with honesty, with breath, with care.

I tend the fire I was born with.

The Ones Who Remembered

They say there was once a world
where mastery was everything.
Faster. Fitter. Smarter. Sharper.
The body?
A project to perfect.
The soul?
A side note.

People climbed ladders of self-improvement
until they forgot what they were made of.

But some began to feel a strange ache—
not for more,
but for before.

Not nostalgia.
But a pull toward something
older than language.

They found themselves in rooms
with teachers who didn’t lecture—
but listened.

Not experts,
but witnesses.
Midwives of the remembering.

These teachers didn’t tell them what to do.
They asked:

“What do you feel right now—underneath the story?”
“What did your body know before the world told it who to be?”

And in that space,
something ancient stirred.
A cellular recognition.
A quiet homecoming.

No mastery.
No rush.
Just practice.
Just presence.
Just the slow unfolding
of truth through tissue.

They remembered
not alone—
but with one another.
With a guide who had been there,
and who had stayed close enough
to show the way back.

And it was enough.
