Every human being is born with different body, in shapes & sizes, and different structures of bones & joints and the tissues, and so everyone has different ranges of motions in every yoga pose. So there is no perfect pose in every pose. Rather, learn in a functional approach in our practice that is beneficial for us and to understand how we should do the poses according to who we are.

Course date : 25-29 June 2021, 5 full days from 8am to 7pm daily
In the course we will explore the joints & bones in our human bodies, a deep understanding of the attachment & insertion points of deep tissues, muscles and fascia including superficial, deep & pari fascias.
Learn & apply the compression test, and study the target areas of each yin pose, we practice based on the functional anatomy of our human body.
