Some of the cool things Tristans forest garden produced in our front yard this year😁 I have been trying to grow bottle gourds for THREE years now. I'm pleased as punch! We also have huckleberry, loofah, a variety of squash and even an artichoke! I can't believe it 🙌

Today I started making Parmesan Cheese. The cheese will stay in the press overnight. I will brine it tomorrow and then it dries out on the counter. The first one I made turned out great 👌 So I was eager to make another. In a few days it will be moved from the counter to my cheese cave to age over the next few months. I also made some sweet cream butter out of the left over cream I had.... Now I'm drawing a tub! I ❤️ the weekend! Cheers!

Goodmorning! Lucky me! When I picked up my bees this year I was so lucky to receive two Queens! BOGO! Tristan graciously whipped me up a second bee hive. This morning I put the girls in their new home. I hope they like it! 🤞👍
