Did you know?
- Oranges lower the risk of cancer
- Oranges contain D- limonene, a compound that is touted to prevent cancers like lung cancer, skin cancer and even breast cancer.
- It also contains Vitamin C and antioxidants present in oranges are both important to build body’s immunity – they help in fighting cancer.
- Their fibrous also makes it cancer protective. According to a study, up to 15 per cent of cancer cases happen because of mutations in the DNA, which can be prevented with Vitamin C.

Happy ! Today we bring to you a lip-smacking, super easy recipe of a completely vegan . Takes less than 10 minutes to make and extremely delicious, it will definitely work as during these difficult times.

Serves 2
Cooking duration- 10 mins

Instructions:

Pasta:
- Boil pasta for 5-8 minutes in water. Add salt to taste.
- Add 2 tbsp of olive oil while cooking the pasta so that the pasta doesn't stick together.
- Ensure that you don't overcook the pasta.
- Strain out the excess water and keep it aside for later.

Sauce:
- First, we need to soften the cashews. You can do this by soaking them in water overnight or boil them. To boil them, simply add some water and the cashews into a small pot, bring to a boil then turn down to a simmer for about 15-20 minutes until softened.
- Once cashews are done, drain them and add them into a blender along with all other ingredients.
- Blend on high for a minute or so until creamy consistency.

- If using as pasta sauce, add cooked pasta into a pan and add the sauce. Add splashes of water and mix well while bringing to a soft boil. Keep adding splashes of water until desired consistency.
- Garnish with olives, fresh basil laves and serve hot.
