Stop letting other people’s comments ruin your health!
Overthinking what people say is the fastest way to get sick. It’s time to stop carrying baggage that isn’t yours to hold.
One day you meet a friend and they say: "Wow, you look so thin! Are you sick?" Suddenly you're stressed, you start overeating to "fix" it, and boom—your cholesterol shoots up. 🙄
The next day, a relative says: "Looking healthy! Putting on some weight, huh?" You panic, go on an extreme diet, and end up with a nasty case of acid reflux. 😖
STOP! 🛑
Don't let their words become poison. Start listening to your own body instead.
Be honest with yourself:
Do you actually feel pain?
Are you constantly tired?
Any unusual aches?
✅ If something feels off, see a doctor. Get checked.
✅ If you feel energized, fresh, and fit, Enjoy your life!
True happiness is being in tune with your own body without needing validation from anyone else.
