Yesterday, I was able to check on the kittens after their mom, Rocky, put them in the attic for a few days. When I saw Yuzu, he appeared healthier than he was a month ago. He had been dealing with a kitty cold and a few times a day I cleaned out his eyes and nose. I was afraid that he wouldn't make it cos he was so small and weak. I remember saying to him that I want to give him a fighting chance to live and that was the reason I was cleaning his face. But, he also needs to show me that. I don't know if my words got to him but here he is today. He still has a bit of his cold but at least he's not suffering like before.

Goes to show you that even animals can make an effort to live.

A few days ago, this fluffy cat made it's way into my upstairs terrace. It ran away from me every time I approached it. At the time I took this pic, I had a feeling it belonged to someone but didn't know who.

The next day, one of the staff from our neighbors to the left sent a pic and asked if I had seen this cat and said I had but it wasn't currently on my property.

Later that evening, nearing 21:45 , I got a message from the neighbor if they could send their staff to our house to check for their cat. I told them that I would check the upstairs terrace for them to save them the trouble. Lo and behold their cat was there and walked onto my roof trying to make it's way back home. I immediately texted them back and they sent some guys over to pick it up. The cat clearly wanted to return back to its home but was too scared to do it. After 30 minutes of coaxing without any result, one of the men went onto the roof to retrieve it.

Luckily, this ended well for everybody, I hope that this cat will no longer go on such an adventure again. More importantly, it returned back to its family and it was a real member of its family.

Even professionals have bad days. Just because we're in the profession of helping out others work on their wellbeing that doesn't mean we're perfect. We also get down, we also have issues that we're working on, etc. But at least we can be honest with ourselves about it. Even professionals seek help from their fellow professionals. Sometimes, by going through certain issues it helps us to connect to our clients better because we've been there.

I was off of IG for a few weeks because I wasn't getting any inspiration to post something. It became a blessing in itself. Thanks to my near two weeks off I experienced a lot of things during this break.

The biggest gratitude was when I reclaimed my inner peace and space for myself. I was able to draw a healthy boundary and give myself the physical and emotional space that I needed to tap back into being myself again.

I am still embracing this feeling and putting it to good use by staying grounded and knowing when I need to reset myself. This is deeper than just , it is also feeling it within.

Earlier this week I was so overwhelmed that I decided to take a break from posting something and embrace my quiet time. Little did I know that that would be broken sometime around 06:30 this morning when I discovered Rocky had finally given birth to two healthy kittens., Yuzu (orange) and Smokey (grey). Her first litter.

The night before, she kept following me and meowing at the same time. I told her that she could give birth inside our home. Guess, she really needed my support but I was yet to be aware of that. At around 04:30 this morning, she was still pregnant and eating her brekkie. Most likely she gave birth about an hour later. Right underneath my late grandma's ancient flat screen.

They're doing fine and I apologized to Rocky for not being attuned to her needs. She is yet to accept it.

Lately, I've been seeing a lot more people on social media being somebody that they're not. They may post things that make it appear that they have a lot going on in their life but in reality they really have nothing. Whenever I see these kinds of posts I always ask myself "What did they have to begin with?" In other words, do they know who they truly are and have they tapped into that?

Maybe they're scared because they know that they're nobody and that they have nothing within them. But if they gave themselves permission to sit still in that nothingness they may actually make some sort of connection to something. It is not the emptiness that scares people; t's filling it up with meaningless crap to cover up that emptiness that will eventually come to light that TRULY scares people.

I just realized that I've never really shared who I am as a breathworker. This post says it all. I am breathworker that has undergone training for trauma release. I, myself, was in an abusive relationship and breathwork helped me a lot.

I help my clients to learn to trust and surrender to their body and energy. In doing so, I am putting my trust into them that they'll be able to undergo their own processing. I can take them as far as their energy allows them to. This is how I am able to work together with my client. Also, I work alongside a clinical psychologist which helps me out especially when there is a heavy case. There are some areas of therapy that I acknowledge is best handled by an experienced clinical psychologist.

Relaxing through breathwork is possible. But that can only happen when one has undergone their own processing by accepting and feeling what they have been denying themselves. You'll be amazed at what my clients have tapped into once they chose to feel. I had one who was able to become assertive with her boundaries, another who was able to let go of her traumatic incident, and another who was able to communicate to others better.

It takes courage to do many things. Like to acknowledge that one needs help and to feel.
