Overjoy & Hate - Heart & Gallbladder
Joy is good, but OVERjoy can deplete your energy. So do with hate, which weaken your gallbladder. Hate is a very strong emotion and can be very detrimental to your health. If you have had ongoing issues with this emotion throughout your life, it is extremely important to acknowledge this habit and allow yourself to process through any residual hatred. It will be helpful (if not essential) to find tools that will help process through and prevent this feeling from arising as you move forward.
Practicing meditation, deep belly breathing and do calming yoga may help you thru the process.
Inner arm stretching posture like this Open Wings can help to stimulate the heart meridian. Find the most comfortable position by use the block to support your head, or adjust your hip position if the lower back feels hurt. Leg can be bent or straight. Hold the posture while the muscle is relaxed.
Rest in your belly for couple of minute before do other side. Turn the neck to other side while resting as counter rotation. After do both side, rebound in child pose or savasana and noticing how you feel.
