WE ARE HIRING SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER!
At The Cakap Group, we help Bali-based hospitality brands launch, grow, and operate with confidence. Now, we’re expanding our creative team and looking for a Social Media Manager who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment someone who can manage multiple client brands, plan impactful campaigns, and bring ideas to life through strong visuals and storytelling.
You’ll be working closely with our creative and marketing teams to craft strategies, develop content calendars, and oversee shoots that capture the heart of each brand. From cozy cafés to vibrant restaurants and lifestyle destinations, you’ll help shape the way these businesses connect with their audiences online.
✨ What we’re looking for:
- 2–4 years of experience in social media management (agency or hospitality background preferred)
- Excellent understanding of content trends and brand storytelling
- A creative mind with strong attention to detail
- Confidence managing multiple brands and deadlines
- A data-driven approach with experience using analytics tools
