Yoga begins where we remember we are not separate.
Today this beautiful November 200-hour Teacher Training from last year came back like a soft wave of nostalgia. Faces, laughter, long days of practice, silence, playfulness, and that feeling of being so alive together.
With Swamiji, Anuragji, Sadhnaji, Deepji, and the whole Yoga New Vision family, everyone offered their light so naturally. No force, no rush—just presence, sharing, learning, and a lot of joy. And what an amazing group of students you were… open hearts, curious minds, big laughs, and deep sincerity. The kind of group that makes time slow down and memories stay.
We’re remembering you all with a full heart today and sending blessings wherever life has taken you now. May the practice keep unfolding through you, may teaching (or simply living) stay honest and joyful, and may you always remember how much light you already carry.

These moments are from the final week of our November TTC, when students stepped into group work and class presentations.
To share their love of Yoga with the intention of serving for the befit for all..
The Sangha energy during this time was something special.
Supportive, focused, deeply respectful.
You could feel how learning had moved from the head into the body, and from the body into confidence.
This is what we value most —
learning together, growing together, and holding each other through the process.

This is a Practical approach to take care of yourself and same time yoga become a search and open up the door towards self enquiry, without the self enquiry yoga is merely a physical exercise. Yoga is a step by step journey to come closer to yourself. It starts with body takes direction towards breath than pe*****te the mind and finally help to jump into the ocean of self and enjoys a chuckle a laughter when it open up the door to merge and smile in the realms of non self.
As a human and yoga lover, I love to share my knowledge with my students on how a person can lead a happy and healthy life through consistent practice of asana, pranayama and meditation. Yoga is a complete package for a healthy, confident and beautiful life - which I myself enjoying so Let’s enjoy together the celebration of yoga.
