My 75-year-old mum just did a 3-day water fast.

Not because she was sick, or because she had to.

She had been curious for a long time, but never felt the pull to try — until she heard about my cousin, who suffered from migraines for over 20 years.

Nothing helped.

She had seen doctors, specialists, neurologists… no one could really explain why, or offer lasting relief.

No one ever asked her about food.

It's after a 3-day water fast that her migraines disappeared. Completely.

She discovered that gluten, dairy, and alcohol triggered her migraines. Not just mild symptoms — but 5-day-long episodes.

That’s when my mother, at 75, got curious.

“What if I try this too?”

So she did. A 3-day water fast.

And even though she didn’t suffer from migraines or chronic illness, she came out of the experience feeling lighter, clearer, calmer — more in tune with herself.

And that’s the thing.

Food — or pausing from food — can show us so much. Not just in dramatic ways, but in the gentle, quiet things we’ve learned to live with: fatigue, mood swings, poor sleep, bloating, that feeling of being just a bit off.

Most women after 40 live with these symptoms, thinking it’s just “normal,” part of aging.

But what if it’s not?

We were never taught how food affects our mood, our hormones, our sleep. We were never taught how to listen to the body properly. We weren’t shown that something as simple as resting the digestive system for a day or two could bring so much clarity.

This is the work I love.

Supporting women to reconnect with their body, to feel better — naturally.

There is so much wisdom inside us.

So many people are just tired all the time. Constant fatigue. And honestly, that’s no way to live. I know because it also has been my struggle before.

I’ve come to realize that vitality — real energy, passion, clarity — is what we’re really missing. When we regain that vitality, life becomes better. Our thoughts are sharper, our emotions lighter, our choices clearer, and life itself more enjoyable.

For me, it’s about simple things: eating real and mostly alive food, moving every day, sleeping well, breathing properly, connecting with nature and people, and not overthinking everything. It’s not complicated — it’s about going back to basics.

We get caught up in counting proteins, fats, trying all sorts of quick fixes, but what nature teaches us is simple: if we nurture ourselves properly, vitality follows.

I truly believe everyone can do this. My health is improving because I’m focusing on these basics, and I know you can too. Let’s stop overthinking and start living with more energy and joy.

Because at the end of the day, vitality is what makes life worth it.

After nearly 72 hours on water only… this was my first meal: a beautiful plate of vibrant, living fruits 🍍🍉🍇

There’s something so special about that first bite after a water fast. You’re so clear on what your body truly wants — and for most of us, it’s fruit. Hydrating, juicy, full of life.

I always choose fruits to gently wake up my digestion and nourish my cells with natural sugars, enzymes, and minerals — exactly what the body knows how to use.

When I first started fasting, I did it mainly for the physical benefits — and yes, it worked wonders. But what surprised me most was how light I felt emotionally.

Like a mental and emotional reset.

My thoughts became more positive. I felt deeply grateful for even the smallest things. More joyful, more connected. More me.

Of course life still brings its challenges — but fasting helps shift perspective, clear the fog, and bring us back to the present with so much more ease.

Are you doing something just for you each day?

Not for your kids.
Not for your partner.
Not for your boss.
For you.

I used to say:
“I don’t have time.”
But I realized time isn’t the real issue—
It’s about priority.

How much time do we waste scrolling on our phones?
Just by stopping that, we create time.

We’ve been taught to put everyone else first…
and if we don’t, we feel guilty.

That’s when the joy starts to fade.
The tiredness creeps in.
Not just physical fatigue—
but mental and emotional exhaustion too.

Sometimes we’re not tired because we’re doing too much,
but because we’re doing everything except what lights us up.

Doing something you love every day
is an essential part of Vibrant Health.

Not out of selfishness—
but because you care for yourself.

Remember what used to make you smile.
Your body responds to joy—
with more energy, vitality, and life force.

There was a time when I woke up every morning feeling exhausted.

When people asked, “How are you?” — my answer was always, “Tired.”

I know how horrible it is to live life constantly feeling that way.

When you're tired all the time, everything feels harder — work, kids, your partner, friends… even the things you used to enjoy. You’re just trying to get through the day.

Now?

I only feel tired if I haven’t slept well or at the end of my cycle — and even then, I bounce back quickly.

I no longer say “I’m tired” all the time.

Life is so much more enjoyable that way.

That deep desire for adventure I had since I was a little girl — it’s back.

I feel excited about what’s ahead.

At 48, I don’t feel old — not at all.

I refuse to use age as an excuse for not doing the things I want to do. I keep my dreams alive.

My health keeps improving because I live as closely as I can to Nature’s laws.

I’m still a work in progress, but I know my body responds — it shows me.

And if I step out of alignment, I gently come back. I keep going.

Because living with energy and vitality is worth it — for me, for my daughter, for my partner, and for everyone I love.

It’s easy to feel pressure to start strong, but sometimes the best way forward is by honoring your body and giving it the rest it needs.
