THANKSGIVING

As the saying goes......
When in Rome,... Thankful to be able to be in the ancient city with my sisters and visited this special Gyrotonic family; SMT Lucrezia Caricola, MT Luca Biasini and PreTrainer Giulia Biasini of Gyrotonic Roma. My body feels aligned and slept like a baby after the session and our big Thanksgiving dinner.
What a special time!
