Just a couple of reviews from some really lovely clients ✨

It will never get old seeing the impact floating can have on different people. People coming in from all walks of life… but really wanting the same thing in the end,
To switch off.

For some it’s pain relief or recovery, for others it’s just a quiet hour to themselves, and for a lot of people it’s finally getting a break from the constant noise.

Whatever the reason, it’s always more than just a float✨

It’s hard to explain what floating feels like… because it’s not like anything else.

The floating itself, the silence, the weightlessness, the way your body fully lets go…

And the calm that stays with you after.

You don’t realise how much noise you live in
until you feel what real quiet does to your body.

Because these days even our rest, isn’t really rest anymore.

Coffee. Doom scroll. Gym. Social plans.
All good.
But it’s just not still.

This is different.

We’re very used to pushing through.

Tired? Keep going.
Stressed? Ignore it.
Sore? Train anyway.

Most people are running on overload
and calling it normal.

This is where that stops.

Your body keeps the score.

At some point, it needs the opposite. Less input, less pressure and less noise.

That’s where this comes in.

Not to fix everything.
Just to give your system a chance to catch up.

Most people don’t try float therapy because of things that aren’t even true…

I’d feel claustrophobic
Is the water even clean?
I wouldn’t be able to switch off.

And fair, because if you’ve never done it before your brain fills in the gaps.

But the reality is very different.

You’re in full control the whole time.
The water is heavily filtered and sanitised between every session.
And you don’t need to be good at relaxing to get something from it.

Half the hesitation around floating is just assumptions.

So be honest..
What’s the one thing that’s been putting you off trying it? Let us know in the commentsšŸ‘‡

No one prepares you for your first float so this should help anyone that’s a little unsure🄰

Don’t go in after 3 coffees ā˜•ļø
Don’t go in absolutely stuffed šŸ”
And for the love of God… don’t shave that dayšŸ˜…šŸ˜‚

A few small things make a huge difference to your experience.

Do it right and you’ll come out feeling like your whole system just reset šŸ¤

Save this for before your session and you’ll thank yourself lateršŸ¤šŸ»

We swear, it’s not magicšŸŖ„ (Or is itšŸ˜)
Really though, it’s just what happens when your nervous system finally gets a break.

If you’ve been running on empty, this might be your sign to try it outšŸ¤

You know when you’ve had a long day and someone says, ā€œjust go have a hot bath with Epsom saltā€.

Now imagine that. But with enough Epsom salt to make you float. Imagine the benefits you will get from this.

Epsom salt isn’t just a thing to have in your press in the bathroom. It’s a tool for recovery, stress management, and actually switching off in a world where we’re constantly switched on.

Whether you train hard, work full-time, or just feel mentally drained… this is one of the simplest ways to give your body a proper reset.

Most people think flotation is just about relaxing…

But there’s so much more going on beneath the surface ✨

From calming your nervous system to lifting your mood, even the colours inside the pod can gently shift your energy, each one bringing a different effect.

And if you prefer complete stillness, you don’t have to use them at all. Some people choose full darkness for the true sensory deprivation experience.

There’s no right way to float… just what feels right for you.

It’s one of those things you won’t fully understand until you feel it for yourself.

So if you’ve been thinking about trying it… what are you waiting for?

Biggest misconception?
ā€œThat you need to be able to swim.ā€

Honestly… don’t judge me but, I can’t swimšŸ˜…
And I float all the time!

Good thing is, it doesn’t matter whether you can or not.

The salts hold you up effortlessly, so you can just relax into it.

No panic. No sinking. No overthinking.

Just float, taking all the weight and pressure off your bodyšŸ¤

Most people think it’s just water… it’s not šŸ‘€

In our pod we use our own well water, combined with 600kg of food grade Epsom salt.

The salt is what allows your body to float effortlessly — no swimming or effort needed.

But it’s not just about floating…
Magnesium (from Epsom salt) is linked to:
āœ” Muscle relaxation
āœ” Reduced stress
āœ” Helps regulate your nervous system
āœ” Gives your mind actual quiet (rare these days)
āœ” Supports better sleep
āœ” Takes pressure off joints + muscles

Your body absorbs what it needs while you switch off.

There’s not many places these days where you an experience this!
