A picture that speaks a thousand words!!! The difference a year makes!!! Erika Dunphy joined our 7pm Bracken court Balbriggan session late 2024 and here’s a before and after..she hit Target on 10 September 2025..her total weight loss is 5 stone 6.5lbs…all achieved in 45 weeks!!!! Doesn’t she look AMAZING ❤️❤️❤️
