great day spent almost lovely people making my first drum....the choices were amazing...I was drawn to a beautiful Rosewood frame and goat hide. So delighted with the finished drum....all the hard work paid off 💪💪

I love this...a "Wow" coming from my daughter drew my attention to this beautiful piece of art in Athy...the grace, strength and bravery of women to step outside of our own perception of what our lives should look like...to step outside of our comfort zone and be more....it's something I've struggled with for years, my identity has always been connected to my career as a Pastry Chef and letting go of that part of me has been hard and stepping onto my path as a Healer, feels good.
I love the way art, wherever it's found... evokes emotions 😍 many thanks 🙏

It's time of year again!! I love bluebell season in our local woods, where all the flowers burst into bloom over a 6 week period...there's no competition, they all flower in their own time. I was reminded of this recently...your spiritual journey is yours alone...enjoy it and embrace divine timing 💜

This beautiful cave, contains one of the longest and oldest writings in Ireland, it dates back to between the 4-8 century. It reads "Fráoch, son of Medb" Fráoch was a great Connacht warrior following in his mother footsteps as she was the Great Warrior Queen of Connacht ruling from her home in .
I found this so magical, to be able to go and touch this stone, to feel the history behind it...it's not behind glass in a stuffy museum, it's in the wilds of beautiful Roscommon and well worth a visit.
