Commencing February Friday the 28th is when we start our FREE monthly meditation meet up. location at our Studio/Mediation Centre in Woodlawn Co Galway on Earth Healer Animal Sanctuary

After Yin Yoga (at 11am)we do an Hour or 2 of Meditation- (Meditation start from 12pm) All are welcome whether you do yoga or not. I’m aiming to do longer meditations from March onwards with short break in between. There be mixed meditations;

Mantra
Mindfulness
Chanting
Silent
Gong meditation
Drum Journeying meditations (Shamanic Teachings)

Try to come or stay after yin yoga.

Every last Friday of each month there is an extra hour or 2 for meditation. My teachers would say, “meditate for 15 mins a day and if your busy, sit for an hour”

Emphasising the importance of making time to be still. To soul search, to find peace amongst the suffering.

Again doesn’t matter if you come to yoga, if it’s your first time, if you don’t know any of us yet, that’s okay, come. The most important part is the practice, is that you are here. You don’t need anything, not money, no cushions, no mats, JUST your presence ❤️
