I stepped away for a little while as I navigate the grief of losing my beautiful Granny, Maidie.
She was a woman of wisdom, warmth, natural remedies, and quiet strength — the very roots of why I like to help others roo.
Her presence shaped me, and her absence has left a space that only time and love can soften.
Over these past weeks, Console has been the oil that’s held me together — offering comfort, grounding, and support in a way I was blessed never to have needed until now.
It has been a gentle reminder to pause, feel, and honour the emotions as they come.
I’ll be holding my final AromaTouch Training for a while as I take a little break to rest and reset.
It will take place on January 11th at The Health Hub, Loughrea.
My annual Christmas Draw will now be held in the spring, when I’m in a better place to give it the time and energy it deserves.
And even as I take this pause, I’m still here for anyone who needs support with their oils.

As Christmas approaches, I’m holding in my heart anyone who is grieving a loved one, especially those facing their first Christmas without them.
