My interest in the use of essential oils began when I decided to try them in tandem with the conventional medications I required for pain relief and other ailments. When family and friends heard this i was soon getting requests from them for oils blended for their own specific needs. I use only 100% pure oils which are cruelty free and vegan. I blend the oils with specific conditions in mind. If y

I met some lovely people yesterday and am amazed at the quality of the Donegal produce on display.
I would like to thank the Temple family of the Magee Shop of Donegal for inviting me to the Donegal Town 550th celebration.Their kindness, support, and encouragement throughout the day was lovely. A huge thank you to their employees, especially Ann Marie, they are all amazing.
Finally, thanks to Ocean FM radio for taking the time to talk with me and helping to settle my nerves 😊😊
