About Soma Wellness
Soma Wellness is a nurturing and holistic centered approach to providing a quality service for women. At Soma Wellness, business owner and therapist Anita works intuitively with her clients, using her skills in Reflexology, massage and her education in health and wellness to create a treatment plan specific to her clients needs.
Anita is a qualified Complementary Health Therapist and a registered Reflexologist with the NRRI. Treatments available are; Reflexology, Maternity Reflexology, Fertility Reflexology, Child and Baby Reflexology, Holistic Massage, Pregnancy Massage and Indian Head Massage.
Anita is very passionate at empowering mom’s to be and her birth partner to prepare for labour and birth. As a certified GentleBirth Instructor and DONA Birth Doula, Anita runs monthly group and private workshops. As a Birth Doula Anita supports mom attending CUMH, UHK and Homebirths.
