7.30pm - Vinyasa Flow with Dixie (starts 9 September)
Flow with Dixie through an energizing and dynamic 1-hour Vinyasa class designed to build strength, flexibility, and a sense of calm. Book directly with Dixie.

Tai chi is a type of martial art that originated in China it involves a series of slow, gentle movements and postures, combined with deep breathing and meditation.
