Get to know a little bit about me and my journey.

I’m a Registered Nurse who swapped the hospital hustle for healing and holistic care. After 10 years in Australia (where I met my husband on day one 👀💘), I came home to Ireland and built a practice around reflexology and lymphoedema management.

Fast forward to now, I’ve added advanced skin and aesthetic treatments to my clinic. Think microneedling, skin boosters, and polynucleotides… alongside the treatments that started it all.
