TEACHING

We taught 1st years all about nutrition for 2 weeks and surveyed them before and after to investigate their nutritional knowledge. We wanted to see how well our programme worked and if people's nutritional knowledge increased after teaching them. We used a PowerPoint to teach the students all about nutrition, macro nutrients and micro nutrients. We were happy to answer any questions they had.
