Excited to share our mini retreat to celebrate International Women's Day. Teaming up with the amazing Sarah-Beth O Mullane with her beautiful sound bath.

It will be an evening devoted to honouring the strength, wisdom and resilience we carry as women. This intimate mini retreat includes gentle yoga, a restorative sound bath, a themed guided meditation, tea and nourishing treats - a space to reconnect with yourself in a supportive and nurturing environment alongside other women.

All women are warmly welcome - mothers, daughters, grandmothers, aunts and friends.

✨ No experience needed - just come as you are.

✨ Yoga mats, blankets & equipment provided.

✨ Spaces are limited to keep the evening personal and cosy.
