Forest and Hearth came about from a need for connection, wanting to create a space to be herd and held within a safe sacred place to listen in and remember to call in the grandmothers seven generation back, healing for the future seven generations to come

Hello, Welcome! Im Kate the creator of Forest and Hearth I have been holding space for woman’s circles for the last 5 years in person and online, I am a guardian of the map of womenhood our 9 rites of passage from birth to death, I practice Reiki and I am currently training in Soul mending giving women the tools and power to heal past truma.

I’d love to create a Facebook community here with a safe space to share and be herd.
Also I will be putting up my in person and online offerings.

This last 14 months I have been living and travelling with my family in an old Mercedes truck for adventure and to find a peaceful place to put down roots watch this space for updates on this!
