Giving up is never an option! When you give up, after starting a healthy journey, what do you do? Look for another "miracle"? A quick fix? Instead of sticking to what you're doing, trying to identify where you can make changes, you look for something else ...and something else ....and ...etc etc! Consistency is key to achieving and maintaining a healthier body! Building a routine and rhythm will steadily get you to where you feel and look good. 30 to 45 mins exercise daily, combined with good meals, will benefit your body and mind. Exercise is not something you do to try and undo a few days where you binge ate ...that's punishing your precious body!
Build a routine. Get into rhythm. Feel better. Simple!

If I had given up after my first week on plan, when I lost 1lb after a really good week, then I wouldn't be where I am today! Too often when things go a bit off track we throw it all in and give up or hop onto some other "miracle", which doesn't last either, of course!
We live in a fast, crazy world. We want everything "now"! However, your health is not something to be messed with. Care for your body. Treat it well. It's precious. 💚

No pics to show BUT some amazing results from class this week! One client is 1st lighter since the start of April. An amazing achievement! You reap what you sow. If you feel you're not achieving the results you expect, there's a reason for that. I always encourage members to send me those diaries on a daily basis so I can work with you and steer you along. If you haven't been doing so then maybe this is the week to start. Good food, regular exercise = healthier body x💚
