Welcome to this safe space I’ve created to practice yoga. I teach classes in my local community Broadford and in Embody fitness in Castletroy.

I hold events in Broadford and Killaloe and in 2026 I will be hosting retreats in Ireland and India.

This spring equinox, we invite you into a sacred weekend retreat in the wild and powerful west of Ireland 🌿

📍 Anam Crío House - Westport With breathtaking views of Croagh Patrick, this land will hold us as we pause, soften, and realign with the energy of spring — a time of renewal, balance and new beginnings.

🗓 Friday 27th March – Sunday 29th Check-in Friday after 4pm  Closing Sunday at noon

This retreat is a deeply nourishing container of: ✨ Yoga & conscious movement ✨ Breathwork ✨ Journaling & guided reflection ✨ Cacao ceremony ✨ Spaciousness, connection & rest ✨ On-site sauna

This collaboration has been lovingly woven over time, and it feels incredibly special to finally open this space to you 🤍

Something sacred has been quietly taking shape…

Since our very first day retreat together, we’ve been weaving, planning, and dreaming 💫

What’s coming feels bigger than words!

All we’ll say for now is this:

🌿 West of Ireland
🌿 Spring energy
🌿 A collaboration born from intention

All will be revealed this Sunday, the Winter Solstice. The time of year with the least day light - allowing for a moment of pause, reflection and new beginnings.

Yoga classes are back in Broadford 😍

Starting this Thursday in Broadford Hall, Co. Clare✨

Join me for a soft and nourishing yoga practice every Thursday 🧘‍♀️

Classes will run for the next six weeks leading up to Christmas and will resume in January 2026 🎄
