We are not fixed people with fixed identities and belief systems.

Often we behave and act in a way that isn’t who we are or what we want to be.

We can let these old pieces of conditioning go. It’s often a process that therapy can assist.

Leading to liberation towards our true nature or self, and a release of who we were SUPPOSED to be as dictated by parents, church, school, peers, society, work, media etc…
