I teach weekly Meditation, Chi Yoga, Chi Kung (qigong), Reiki, Yoga Nidra and Chair Yoga. Utilising the wisdom of these ancient teachings you learn to work with chi/qi (life force energy) to raise your vibration from fear and anxiety to health, vitality and radiance so that you too can live an abundant life. I teach facilitate day and weekend group wellness workshops, including vision board workshops, creating abundance and primordial sound meditation workshops where you receive your own personal mantra to use during meditation. Learn how to cultivate chi so that you can raise your vibration and find the clarity, confidence and resilience you need to live a life filled with abundance, grace and gratitude.
