The most incredible day ❤️ 9 mths of hard work , self discovery , pushing out of my comfort zone & learning about yoga and all that goes with it , but mostly learning about myself , in the most supported encouraging environment . That space was created by the most amazing teachers Christine , Mary , Sinead , Nicole & Aparna . Forever grateful & yesterday is in the Top life moments for sure . 🙏 Now to crack on with the teaching .

I had a whole plan for a Hyrox reel …. But My budding 12 year old Film director put this together . I asked for a few photos on the day , I got an edited 18 minute movie & this trailer yesterday evening 😀. It had to have a spot on the Grid 🫶. Not sure I feel quite so heroic as the video makes out today 🤣
