Today we had the pleasure of being at Kiera’s Yoga Studio as part of her fantastic retreat in Carlingford. A huge thank you to Kiera for having us and for your continued support — it was a brilliant experience. We’re already looking forward to our next session together in June!

What a fantastic day we had over at Carlingford Pier today! ☀️🔥🌊

We welcomed hens, stags, birthday celebrations, couples, shared sessions and hikers — and the atmosphere all day was incredible. From sea dips to sauna sessions, it was amazing to see so many people relaxing, recharging and enjoying the experience together.

A huge thank you to everyone who came to support Saunas with Soul today. Your support truly means the world to us, and we genuinely loved hosting every one of you. We can’t wait to welcome you back again soon! 🙌

We’ve been getting a huge amount of enquiries and bookings recently for stag and hen groups — and it’s easy to see why 🔥🌊

Whether you’re looking to:
✔ Recover after a big night out
✔ Relax before heading out for the night
✔ Do something different with your group

…Saunas with Soul is the perfect experience.

We’re finding that a lot of people in these groups are completely new to sauna and cold water therapy, and it’s proving to be a fantastic introduction to the experience in a relaxed, social setting.

Our online booking system is designed around shared sessions, with spaces limited to 10 people per session. However, we have successfully hosted much larger groups — up to 30 people — on a rotational basis, which works perfectly for stag and hen parties where guests are relaxing, socialising and enjoying the atmosphere rather than following traditional 15-minute hot/cold routines.

So to all bridesmaids, best men and anyone organising the weekend away — please reach out to us directly to arrange private hire or bespoke group bookings 🙌

We also now have our new portable changing rooms, complimented by our instant hot shower, which are proving to be a fantastic addition for events and larger group bookings 🚿🔥
