December is the month we pour our energy into everyone else: gifts, plans, expectations.
So here’s a Gift for you: Five minutes a day that are actually yours. 🎁

Think of it this way: December is a “giving month.” We give to everyone all year, and then we turn it up even more right now, but if you’re giving nonstop without pausing, you run straight into January already drained.

So from today until Christmas, try this:
Five minutes. One gratitude check-in. Every day.

Not the fluffy kind. Not the “pretend everything is wonderful” kind.
Just pause → look → go.

Gratitude isn’t about being positive.
It’s about slowing down enough to actually notice what’s here, instead of spiraling into what’s missing or what’s going wrong. That’s what grounds you. That’s what steadies you.

It can be a note on your phone, a line in a notebook, or a quiet moment with whatever’s in front of you.

Give yourself those Five minutes.
Notice one thing: big, tiny, boring, funny or sad that you’re grateful for.

Before you scroll, pause.

Start today. Look around. One thing… 💗

Today at mindfulness class discussion with parents we spoke about many things and one of the topics was touched like “I am the priority” and “I am important” ! We spoke about how we talk a lot about our daily routine, tiredness, stress, anxiety, frustration and other negative emotions and feelings with our surrounding and ourselves, but not throughly listening to ourselves. It was very interesting and important topic. Suddenly an atmosphere in the room became sensitive and moment of realisation, yourself appreciation, self worth and hearing your inner voice came in. The energy in the room began to fill with self- love 💛. We spend sometime on letting it be with no judgment, no criticism, simply BE.
We learned that it takes only seconds to hear yourself, but the feeling it brings when you listen is priceless!

Mindfulness minute in my life is the time then I meet with real me 🥰, it’s a moment when I am honest and open to myself. Since I learned about mindfulness and started to practice it daily, I got much better relationship with the person I throughly and sincerely care, but I forgot about it. That person is ME!

I know that Mindfulness term is getting overused today & so many people keep saying that they are sick and tired of hearing about it, but how often do we sit and think what it really means to us? What daily practice could bring and teach us? How mind wellbeing could help us deal better with stress and anxiety on daily basis & at challenging times? But...

but my heart is singing today 😍. I am so happy that Mindfulness is being applied at schools and in some organisations & it’s being used more often now I find it wonderful!

I mentor my clients about Mindfulness and how to apply different practices in their lives daily too and the results they get are my biggest awards! I feel so proud of them to see how their lives and relationships with themselves changes to the better, they learn how to be more positive and take much healthier approach to their challenges 🥰🥇😍.
