Today was the first Christmas market of the season 🎄🎅 in Glanmire.

I really love doing markets and seeing the little ones getting excited about what book they are going to choose, flicking the pages, looking at the colours, playing with the wind up train 🚂

I'll be around the following days in case you want to pop over and grab a book there, or you could order now and pick it up at the market ☺️

Next markets are:
24th November - Ballyheada N.S, Ballinhassig
1st December - Tracton, Minane bridge
8th December - Kilmurry N.S

As an independent Usborne partner I work with schools to help them to boost their libraries without having to touch their budgets! 📚

I am currently booking in schools for ‘Ready Steady Read’ events and book fairs for the next term and beyond and I was wondering if your school might be interested in arranging something?

Ready Steady Read /Listen- sponsored read events ✨

These are absolutely brilliant as they get the children reading and also get lots of books for the school!

In a nutshell, the children read/listen as much as they can over a short period of time, they get sponsored for doing so from family and friends then the money raised goes to buying Usborne books for the school. In addition, Usborne throw in up to 60 percent in extra books on top so the school can end up with a LOT of brand new books.

Book fairs ✨

Our Usborne book fairs are very popular with schools as we run the whole thing and are there to give advice to the parents and children to help them to find the best book for them.

Usborne publishes over 3,000 beautiful, brilliant quality, engaging and highly educational books from baby up to young adult so there really is a book to interest every child.

Again, Usborne throw in up to 60 percent in extra books depending on the size of the orders taken on the day.
