It works primarily by reducing stress, lowering cortisol, and enhancing blood circulation to organs.

Targeting the Endocrine System: Reflexologists target areas that correspond to glands responsible for hormone production, including the pituitary, hypothalamus, thyroid, adrenals, and ovaries/testes.

Wygląda na to, że naukowcy wreszcie potwierdzili coś, co wiele par podejrzewało od dawna:
najkrótsza droga do harmonii w związku prowadzi… przez stopy 😅

Psychologowie odkryli, że zwykły masaż stóp potrafi zdziałać cuda. Obniża ciśnienie, rozluźnia ciało, zmniejsza napięcie i niepokój, a nawet pomaga łagodzić objawy obniżonego nastroju. A co najważniejsze — daje to poczucie troski i bliskości, które sprawia, że ludzie kochają mocniej.

Wychodzi więc na to, że czasem zamiast poważnej rozmowy w stylu
„musimy pogadać”
lepiej po prostu sięgnąć po krem i zrobić małe, domowe SPA. Atmosfera mięknie, napięcie znika, a uśmiech wraca szybciej, niż się spodziewaliśmy.
