I am so happy to launch this beautiful uplifting course here in Kerry on Thursday 16th October.

It will take place in my cosy living room initially. A warm fire and tea to ensure everyone is relaxed and comfortable.

We will cover the following topics :

Self Awareness
Healing and letting go
Vision and Intention
Resistence and Flexibility
Self Compassion and Patience
Community and support

through writing, meditation, visualisation and group work.

REGISTRATION is now open for the multitude of FREE indoor, outdoor and online event during the Kerry Mental Health & Wellbeing Fest from 4th to 11th October.

The list of walks, talks, activities, arts, crafts and other events that focus on promoting mental health and wellbeing can be viewed at https://KerryMentalHealthAndWellbeingFest.com/events.

The key focus of the is to promote mental health and wellbeing in Kerry through a fun and interactive programme of over 100 events taking place throughout the county.

Prospective participants can sign-up for events via the website and find out details of what’s on throughout the week of the Fest.

Organised by an interagency steering group, the Kerry Mental Health and Wellbeing Fest is held annually to highlight World Mental Health Day on 10th October.

The Steering Group includes: Connecting for Life Kerry, Healthy Kerry, Kerry County Council, Kerry Recreation & Sports Partnership, the HSE, NEWKD, SKDP, Kerry Mental Health Association, Jigsaw Kerry, Munster Technological University/Kerry, MTU Students Union, KCYS, Kerry Volunteer Centre, Kerry Library, the National Learning Network and Family Resource Centres throughout the county.

Had a lovely morning teaching Bone Marrow Cleansing in Macroom yesterday. Well done to all who participated. The next Macroom event will be part of a wellness morning being held in the Convent arts Centre on September 20th 2025. This also coincides with the food fest in the town. I will have a spot explaining what Shaolin Chi Kung is and this is a free event. A morning course follows on October 5th from 10am to 1pm 🙏🙏
