Being very productive today 😁making
Honey in garlic
Making my own sourdough starter
And Immune boosting tea
Here’s why:
I always like to let it ferment the garlic for 10 days before I take it. Fermenting garlic in honey creates a powerful natural combination known for supporting the immune system, soothing sore throats, and helping the body fight colds and infections. Garlic contains natural antibacterial and antiviral compounds, while raw honey is calming, nourishing, and rich in antioxidants. Over time, the fermentation process softens the garlic, enhances the flavour, and may increase the beneficial properties of both ingredients
Making your own sourdough starter and bread can support better digestion, improve nutrient absorption, and reduce additives often found in shop-bought bread. The natural fermentation process helps break down gluten and phytic acid, making the bread easier on the stomach for many people. Homemade sourdough is also rich in beneficial bacteria and has a deeper flavour, while giving you full control over the ingredients you use. I haven’t tried this before but I will give it a good shot this time.
Making your own lemon, ginger, and garlic tea is a simple way to support overall wellness and immunity. Ginger may help with digestion and inflammation, lemon provides vitamin C and freshness, while garlic is known for its natural antimicrobial properties. This warming tea can help soothe the throat, support circulation, and provide comfort during colder months or when feeling run down. I never get colds or sick and I feel it’s because I am always taking something to keep the immune system up .
