What a year it’s been . I have had so many success stories that I’ve shared and so many that I haven’t but I’m just sharing these ones from clients that came back after 4 weeks from just doing Bio-Kinesiology and returned for retest just before Christmas .

First success story is one from a guy around the 60 mark that had low energy for years. When I found what was causing it and he took the supplements I recommended and did the lifestyle changes I told him to do, he returned back to normal within 4 weeks. He told me he never felt the same after eating a takeaway a few years earlier, and was delighted to have his energy back.

Second success story is from a lovely lady in her sixties who for no reason ended up with a bad rash on her face and neck. Again after eliminating everything I recommend and taking the supplements her body needed, it was all gone in a few weeks, what a relief.

Sometimes it doesn’t take much to heal the body and with Bio-Kinesiology we aim to find the root cause and go after it. For some it takes a couple of weeks to heal and for others it’s a few months but it depends on how determined you are etc

I just wanted to wish you all a very happy and healthy Christmas and the best of everything in 2026.

It’s been an amazing year in Health & Healing with Grace. I am so grateful to have been able to help so many with my treatments from babies to the elderly, from relieving pain to fixing any ailment that has come my way. I feel so blessed.

I wish each and every one of you a magical Christmas. The best one yet.

I have been treating a beautiful elderly lady online with the last number of weeks. She lives somewhere up the country and she got in contact with me because she had severe pain in her legs due to ulcers. After the first treatment she told me her pain had reduced hugely and was almost gone and the bandages were removed. I also gave her advice on diet to help with her arthritis pain. Last night’s session was her 3rd session and she told me she could feel her feet getting warm as we were doing the treatment and she hadn’t felt that in years so I was just delighted for her.

She is 74 years old and she started making smoothies among other things to help with her arthritis pain and it’s helping. She was a very special client as she told me her dad came from Castletownbere where I live and she used to come regularly when she was a child.

I really love helping elderly people as I feel so sorry for them as after a lifetime of hard work and graft that they have to go through so many health conditions and pain. And they worked hard, harder than the rest of us, so I was delighted that her pain was gone and she was healing.
