Dear yoginis ❤️ I hope you are keeping very well, warm and cosy this chilly December eve.
I am, as always, so very grateful to see Self-Care Yoga spaces filling up so fast 🥰🧘🏻♀️🙏 and back by popular request, we will be stepping back onto our mats in the New Year for Self-Care Yoga & The Chakras 🤍💜💙💚💛🧡❤️
This nurturing term will guide us through each chakra, gently exploring, balancing, and cleansing these energetic centres through the supportive magic of crystals, mindful movement, and sound healing. Together, we’ll cultivate grounding, resonance, and a sense of spacious inner harmony.
Our self-care practice will include:
✨ Hatha, Yin, Vinyasa Flow, and Restorative Yoga
✨ Pranayama (breathwork)
✨ Dhyana (meditation)
Each class is thoughtfully woven around a particular chakra, offering a soothing, embodied space to feel nourished, centred, and renewed. It’s a beautiful way to begin the year with intention, comfort, and care. 🥰
