Level 1 (including beginners): Mondays, starting from March 3rd, 7:30pm - 8:45pm JUST 1 YOGINI SPACE & FEELING GRATEFUL ππβ¨οΈ
Level 2: Wednesdays, starting from March 5th, 7:30pm - 8:45pm FULLY BOOKED & FEELING GRATEFUL ππβ¨οΈ

Yogini self-caring yoga spaces are limited and as always I am filled to the brim and beyond with gratefulness, as they are filling up fast πβ¨οΈπ«Ά

Gentle flowing postures are beautifully enhanced with a magical, stress-releasing mix of breath-work, meditation and relaxation and on occasion. a sprinkle of sound therapy on top. Take a break away from your week and step onto your yogi mat to simply reset, restore & rejuvenate, easing any tension and soulfully relaxing your
body & while calming, soothing & creating space in your mind.
A wonderful way to practice self-care from your head to your yogi toes!
Classes take place in an inviting, warm and cosy, candle-lit space, surrounded by the nourishment of nature, .
