Introducing another beautiful Term of Self-care Yoga with Gill. 🧘♀️🥰🌸
As we gently flow and Spring into Summer, I am so excited to welcome you back to the mat in the heart of nature, where the flowers are blooming, and everything feels full of new beginnings. ✨🌿
New term begins:
Level 1 (including beginners):
Mondays, from April 13th
6 week term - closed bank holiday May 4th)
7:30pm – 8:45pm

Level 2:
Wednesdays, from April 15th
7 week term

Each class is designed to gently fill your self-care cup, leaving you feeling grounded, restored, and ready to move through life with greater ease, energy, and presence.
Gentle flowing postures are beautifully enhanced with a calming mix of breathwork, meditation, deep relaxation, and occasionally a sprinkle of sound therapy. ✨
This is your time to pause… to reset, restore & rejuvenate… to soften the body and create space within the mind. 🤍

All classes take place in a warm, cosy, candle-lit space surrounded by nature at the beautiful . 🌿🌸
