I am so excited to be offering baby massage classes in from Sept 3rd.

We will perform a baby massage, afterwards I will guide you into relaxation and we will have a cuppa and chat about a postpartum wellbeing topic which will vary week to week.

I hope you are honouring yourself in some shape or form!

I have been feeling envious of my clients getting on this massage bed and being so nice and cozy so I figured why don't I hop in and I did a shamanic journey and had a wonderful time 😁

take this as your sign to do something for yourself that you enjoy and release any feelings of guilt (if you have them) for doing something for yourself and no one else, you deserve it!!!💫
